Objectives and benefits: No matter how well prepared and trained you are for any onboard operation, still there are many factors that can lead to an incident. All the onboard tasks are important. Avoiding grounding, however, is the topmost one. The aim of the course is to prepare onboard staff throught refleactive learning from a grounding incident.
